As a cataloger, I love Library Thing and have used it for awhile now. More importantly, I like how it allows me to access my library from whereever I am before I buy a duplicate of the same book. Not that such a thing would be bad....

Things # 8 & 9
One less login name and password; that is like winning the lottery. I used Google Reader to set up my feeds for this exercise. Michael Sauers RSS class was informative and entertaining, as all of his are. In fact, the Nebraska Library Commission has just begun their Web 2.0 Thing exercise on the statewide level and he asked me if he can link to our O What a Geek site. So BEWARE - all eyes are upon us.
The condensed format of RSS Feeds and the ability to track all of my interests in one place makes RSS Feeds one of my favorite forms of technology. Still finding the time to read them is challenging, but I am getting better. I used Bloglines Search Tool to find and choose the RSS Feeds.
UnuSual RSS Feeds - the Shakesquill one I had signed up for because I had liked the day's poem looked promising until another poem on another day and it was quite graphic and explicit in content. That was a deleter - and hopefully before anyone saw it!
